PAG held 3 public meetings about this important legislation in order to encourage people to write a submission to the consultation process. With all the surrounding publicity it seems to have worked - about 80 responses were made.
PAG decided to summarise the views of our meetings as its submission. Our thanks go to all those who attended and especially to those of you who actually took the trouble to write in.
Early feedback suggests that the proposed child database will be drastically modified.
