Tynwald give leave for Karrans bill

House of Keys voted unanimously on Tuesday 2nd February to give Peter Karran leave to introduce his Bill on an alternative to the Reciprocal Health Agreement after some grudging remarks from the Minister for DHSS. Let's hope that the block vote is not used to unecessarily delay the nations urgent need.
